The whole experience was easy and pleasant and Steve the guy on the desk was friendly helpful and informative and the office was clean and tidy as was the yard .. The hire van was clean and very presentable and they had no issues with me videoing the van as a record of proof for any damaged already on the van which was minimal and just odd scuffs and Stone chips . So so far I would defiantly recommend Loughton Self Drive Ltd.

Definitely recommend using this hire company! Originally recommend by my friend to use these guys over Enterprise and other van hire companies. It was defiantly worth booking a Luton self-drive van with them, the condition was clean and the van was given exactly as described (I'm aware that other companies sometime don't even give the correct van/car as described on the day). Customer service was 10/10, a pretty cool chap and walked me through all points of the using the van and drop off took a minute with a nice fist pump at the end. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely use them again in future
